Steps

1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, combine the cooled tea, soy sauce, grated ginger, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Marinate the chicken breast in this mixture for at least 30 minutes. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade. 6. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 7. Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and simmer until it thickens into a glaze. 8. Drizzle the glaze over the chicken before serving.
