Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 3. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 4. Cut a pocket in the side of the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. 5. Stuff the spinach mixture and feta cheese into the pocket of the chicken breast. 6. Secure the opening with toothpicks to keep the filling inside. 7. Place the stuffed chicken breast on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Remove the toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
