Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned.
4. Stir in red bell pepper and pineapple chunks; cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a small bowl and pour over the stir-fry.
6. Cook for another 2 minutes, letting the sauce thicken slightly.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
