Steps of Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Saute green bell pepper and garlic until the bell pepper is soft. 4. Place fish on a baking sheet. 5. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the cod. 6. Top cod with the sautéed vegetables. 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
