Spanish Salmon and Mushroom Pasta

A healthy twist on a Spanish classic featuring savory salmon, earthy mushrooms, and creamy cheese on a bed of pasta.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. 2. In a pan, cook the salmon fillet until done. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms until golden. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with mushrooms. 5. Crack an egg into the pasta and stir well until egg is cooked. 6. Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the pasta. 7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
