Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 4. Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
