Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. 3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the soy sauce mixture evenly over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon, skin side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the skin is crispy. 5. Transfer the salmon to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
