Steps

2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
4. Mix the jelly and soy sauce in a small bowl.
5. Brush the jelly mixture generously over the chicken.
6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving.
