Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the orange glaze over it, making sure it's evenly coated. 4. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. 5. Serve the orange glazed salmon hot and enjoy!
