Steps

1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter to create the base. 2. Spoon the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a small jar or glass and press gently. 3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. 4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. 5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently. 6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker base in the jar. 7. Top with mixed berry jam. 8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
