Mushroom Spinach Tomato Pasta

Steps

1. In a medium-sized pot bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil. 2. Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. 3. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Add mushroom slices and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. 5. Add spinach and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. 6. Continue to cook until spinach is wilted and tomatoes are softened, about 3 minutes. 7. Drain pasta and toss with mushroom, spinach, and tomato mixture. 8. Serve hot.
