Mexican Burrito Bowl

This bowl is full of flavors to enjoy! Filled with Mexican style black beans, melted cheese, guacamole and lettuce, it's a great main dish that will please your taste buds.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place tortilla on a baking sheet and brush top lightly with olive oil. 3. Bake tortilla for 5 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and top with black beans and cheese. 5. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. 6. Remove and let cool before slicing into triangles. 7. Assemble bowl with lettuce, black beans and cheese, and top with guacamole.
