Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Reduce heat to low, brush the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, and cook for another 1-2 minutes to glaze.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh thyme if desired, and serve warm.
