Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
4. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the chicken.
6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
