Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. 5. Remove the skillet from the heat and brush the honey glaze over the pork chops, coating them evenly. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C). 7. Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
