Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Juicy pork chops glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, served with a side of sautéed vegetables for a wholesome, satisfying meal.

Steps

1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the pork chop and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. 4. Remove pork chop from skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 6. Stir in honey and soy sauce, cooking until sauce thickens slightly (about 2 minutes). 7. Return pork chop to the skillet, spoon sauce over it and cook for another minute. 8. In a separate pan, sauté mixed vegetables until tender, about 5 minutes. 9. Serve pork chop topped with sauce alongside the sautéed vegetables. 10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
