Steps

1. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork chops. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked. 4. Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. 5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
