Herbed Grilled Chicken with Vegetables

Steps

1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat. 2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper and place it on the pan. 3. Cut the tomato and peppers into wedges and add on the pan, along with the garlic cloves. 4. Grill the chicken, tomatoes and peppers for about 6-7 minutes. Flip the chicken and vegetables and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are lightly charred and chicken is cooked through. 5. Sprinkle the herbs over the vegetables and chicken, before taking of the grill.
