Herb-Crusted Turkey Breast with Lemon Garlic Sauce

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. 3. Rub the marinade evenly over the turkey breast. 4. Place the turkey in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). 5. While the turkey is cooking, combine lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl to make the sauce. 6. Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 7. Drizzle the lemon garlic sauce over the turkey slices and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
