Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the herb mixture all over the pork tenderloin. 4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes. 5. Transfer the pork to a baking dish and arrange green beans and baby potatoes around it. 6. Dot the vegetables with butter and season with salt and pepper. 7. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). 8. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the roasted vegetables.
