Steps
1. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
2. Brush the chicken breast with half the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
4. Brush the peach halves with the remaining olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear and the peach softens.
5. Slice the grilled chicken and peaches.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar.
7. On a plate, arrange the salad greens, top with sliced chicken and peaches.
8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
9. Sprinkle with feta cheese and fresh basil leaves before serving.
