Place the lobster halves on the grill, flesh side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through. 6. Flip the lobster halves and brush with more lemon butter sauce. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes. 7. Remove the lobster from the grill and serve hot with the remaining lemon butter sauce on the side.
