Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the chicken slices with grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Toss in the broccoli florets and bell peppers, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Drizzle sesame oil and stir well to combine. 6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
