Garlic and Onion Pork with Roasted Potatoes

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper. 3. In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the pork chop for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant and lightly browned. 5. Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes start to brown. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and the pork is cooked through. 7. Serve the garlic and onion pork alongside the roasted potatoes.
