Steps

1. In a shallow dish, mix the brewed Earl Grey tea, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the salmon fillet in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. 6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
