Steps

1. Slice the cucumber and mushrooms into thin strips. 2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add the cucumber and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. 5. Add the spinach to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted. 6. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. 7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
