Steps

1. Soak the rice vermicelli noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes until softened, then drain. 2. In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. 4. Stir in the carrots, green beans, and cabbage, cooking for 3-4 minutes until just tender. 5. Add the soaked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
