Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together rice flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix in coconut milk and vanilla extract.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a small greased oven-safe dish or ramekin.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Let cool slightly and top with grated coconut or chocolate shavings if desired before serving.
