1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. 2. In a skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until it is golden brown. 3. Add in the pesto and combine it with the chicken until hot and fragrant. 4. Pour in heavy cream and mix until sauce is thickened. 5. Add salt and pepper, to taste. 6. Mix together fettuccine and chicken pesto sauce and enjoy!
