Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Add the olive oil to an oven-safe skillet and heat. 3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. 4. Crumble the cantaloupe over the eggs and mix gently. 5. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and serve.
