Steps

1. Season the rabbit leg with salt and pepper. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 3. Add the rabbit leg and sear on all sides until browned. 4. Remove the rabbit and set aside. 5. In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. 6. Return the rabbit to the pan and add chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary. 7. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the rabbit is tender. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
