Steps

1. In a skillet, cook ground beef together with bell peppers and onions until the beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are cooked through. 2. Add Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and salt. Stir and cook for 1 minute. 3. Put the beef-vegetable mixture onto the center of a tortilla and fold it into a burrito. 4. Serve.
