Asian Style Egg Fried Rice

A hearty and tasty fried rice dish, flavored with soy sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise.

Steps

1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and place the eggs in the pan. Stir occasionally until the eggs are cooked through. 2. Add the chopped onions, and cook until softened. 3. Add the ketchup, mayonnaise and soy sauce, and stir until all the ingredients are combined. 4. Pour the egg mixture into a bowl and set aside. 5. Heat another pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. 6. Add the cooked egg mixture to the pan and stir to combine. 7. Cook for a few minutes until everything is hot, then enjoy!
