Arabic Chicken Kafta

These delicious and healthy Mediterranean chicken kafta are perfect for lunch or dinner. They are dairy-free and packed with flavor.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. 3. In a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over the chicken pieces. Mix well to coat the chicken. 4. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the chicken pieces onto the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Serve and enjoy!
