Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. 4. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and lightly browned. 5. Add mixed frozen vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently. 6.
