Turkish Lamb Şiş Kebabs

Tender lamb cubes marinated in traditional Turkish spices, grilled to perfection and served with a side of fresh salad. This dish captures the authentic flavors of Turkey in a simple yet delicious main course.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, yogurt, and lemon juice to create the marinade. 2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably 3 hours). 3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers. 5. Grill the lamb skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred. 6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a simple salad or flatbread.
