Spicy Tofu and Sweet Corn Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the cubed tofu and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. 4. Stir in the sweet corn, soy sauce, and chili paste. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the corn is heated through. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
