1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potato, chopped cauliflower, shredded cheese, cilantro, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix until well combined. 2. Add the all-purpose flour to the mixture and knead gently until it holds together. 3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the potato balls in batches. 5. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. 6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. 7.
