Steps

4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly brush with oil.
5. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
6. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
7. Repeat with remaining batter, adding oil to the pan as needed.
