1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Sauté diced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet with vegetables. 4. Cook scrambled eggs until just set, stirring gently. 5. Warm the tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for 15 seconds. 6.
