Steps
1. Soak the Qamar al-Din in warm water for 10 minutes until softened.
2. In a blender, combine the chopped pear, pineapple chunks, soaked Qamar al-Din with its liquid, cold water, lemon juice, and honey if using.
3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Add ice cubes and a pinch of cardamom, then pulse a few times to mix.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for a refreshing, healthy drink.
