Steps

1. Prepare the smoothie base by placing blanched red cabbage, frozen blueberries, frozen acai pulp, ripe banana, vanilla protein powder, grated ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and almond milk into a high-speed blender. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to achieve desired consistency. 3. Stir in 1 tsp chia seeds and let sit for 2 minutes to thicken slightly. 4. Pour the smoothie base into a bowl. 5. Artistically arrange the toppings on the smoothie: sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, pomegranate arils, coconut flakes, and fresh mint leaves. 6.
