Pan-Seared Lemon Garlic Whole Fish

A simple yet flavorful dish featuring a whole fish, pan-seared to crispy perfection with a zesty lemon garlic sauce. Perfect for a light, wholesome meal.

Steps

1. Pat the fish dry and season inside and out with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Place the fish in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through. 4. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to the pan and toss gently. 5. Remove fish from heat; squeeze fresh lemon juice over it and garnish with lemon slices and parsley. 6. Serve immediately.
