Steps
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

3. Add ground chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the diced bell pepper, zucchini, and tomatoes, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Slice the focaccia in half and lightly toast it if desired.
6. Layer the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture on the bottom half of the focaccia.
7. Top with fresh basil leaves and feta cheese if using.
8. Place the top half of the focaccia on the sandwich, cut in half and serve warm.
