Low-Carb German Beef Stir-Fry

A delicious and healthy German-inspired stir-fry made with tender beef, crunchy carrots, sweet corn, and flavorful garlic and onions.

Steps: 1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the beef slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same pan, add the garlic and onions. Sauté until the onions are translucent and fragrant. 4. Add the carrots and corn to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly tender. 5. Return the cooked beef to the pan and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
