Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on an oven-safe plate or baking tray. 3. Sprinkle the drained black beans evenly over the chips. 4. Evenly distribute the shredded smoked cheddar over the chips and beans. 5. Place the jalapeño slices evenly on top. 6. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. 7. Remove from oven and spoon fresh salsa over the top. 8. Add a dollop of sour cream if desired and garnish with chopped cilantro. 9. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. 10. Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded nachos.
