Khoya Chocolate Dry Fruit Barfi

A rich and indulgent Indian sweet combining creamy khoya with smooth compound chocolate and crunchy dry fruits like cashews, almonds, raisins, and dates. Perfect for festive occasions or a delightful treat.

Steps

1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan on low flame. 2. Add chopped cashews, almonds, raisins, and dates; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Add khoya and cook on low heat, stirring continuously until it softens. 4. Melt compound chocolate separately in a microwave or double boiler. 5. Mix melted chocolate into the khoya and dry fruit mixture thoroughly. 6. Grease a small tray or plate with ghee and pour the mixture evenly. 7. Allow it to cool and set at room temperature for 1 hour. 8. Cut into small squares and serve.
