Steps
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add steak cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
4. Thread steak cubes and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
5. Grill kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
6. Remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
