1. Cook the Barilla Tagliatelle according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. 4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. 5. Toss in the cooked tagliatelle and mix well to coat the pasta in the garlic butter sauce. 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
