Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of the lobster tail to expose the meat. 3. Gently lift the meat out and rest it on top of the shell. 4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 5. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture. 6. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
